Opinion: This is for Noobies to the world of BL. It’s funny to the extreme. And PG13. One of my favorites. Love the two main characters.

Unbreakable Faith

Summary: Ian is a fifteen year old, socially isolated, orphan who can never seem to make his adopted parents happy. His guardians, an abusive Pentecostal reverend and his wife, force Ian to live in an oppressive, chaotic world, but all that is about to change when he is suddenly forced from the only world he knows. Can he learn to think for himself in a modern world? warning this story contains graphic violence

Opinion: I read this story many years ago. A good 10+ years. I still remember this story. It is amazing. Even if there are some awkward parts. The story is deeper and touches a lot of issues. This is also PG13. So for the homophobes. You should read this.

With both party having their own secret, how would their life like?

Opinion: SHOCK You guys are still here? Well this one is a goody. It’s simple but it touches all the right notes. If you want an easy read to past time. Nothing life shattering, but enjoyable. 

Phoenix Heavenly Voyage Cont’d

Summary: About an abused, homeless boy and the man who saves him.
(Such a powerful and moving story. Not very sexual and the violence is not graphic though there are allusions to it. Highly recommend. Not very romancie either. But such a worthy read.)

Overview: I say overview cause this has several stories in it. Most of the stories are about the relations between master and their slaves. How they receive/became slaves and how they fond love. I say Slavery but the masters aren’t cruel. Each story has it’s own connecting main characters. So I recommend this for people who like fantasies.

No matter how good his lips feel against his shoulder. He will not be fooled by his lies.

I usually don’t rec things you can’t go directly to and you might have to wait for approval to read. But it is truly worth the way. But you can look at the summaries of her/his many wonderful stories.)

Sid was a thief and an outcast, and to be captured by a vampire seemed only the latest misfortune in a life defined by them. But Loki decided to keep Sid instead of kill him and that decision would thrust them both into a whirlwind of treachery, intrigue — and love. (the plot really isn’t my cup of tea, but that is only because it is the type of story I don’t really favor. But it is really well written and the characters are fully rounded. If the domineering male/slave change to lovers is your cup of tea then this definately something you should pick up. If not, move along.)

I’ve actually stopped reading the story after an arc so I don’t get left hanging, so I am at a comfortable stopping point. But seriously. This story is really good. and well written and I couldn’t wait any longer for it to finish to rec it. So READ IT ANYWAY)

First things first, rules have been laid. There is a no Hanky Panky rule that Toby tends to keep. But the twins are not making it easy, especially one sexy twin. (I’ve actually read this a long time ago, I can’t believe I randomly found it again. Great read.) Also read the sequeal Growing Up!!

Mann of My Dreams
Summary: What starts out as curiosity on the part of a senior special agent of the very covert Washington Bureau of Intelligence and Security becomes a series of mind games when the the DD of Operational Targeting he’s intrigued by learns of it and becomes curious himself. (personally I prefer reading Mark’s Point of view, he reminds me of AOP’s character Aziel ( I say that with affection) though he has more concrete reasons. This story was good. It repeats scence a lot but from different points of view so you know what both main characters are going through. All I can say is that I will definitely read this story again and I obviously recommend this.)

Two men who witness a violent crime must go into witness protection together. But they don’t really mind keeping each other ‘safe’(the tension and the smut is great. Very cute and sweet story. Very little angst)

Summary: He’s adopted, so it’s okay, right? For me to be attracted to him, that is. Oh my precious son, how you torture me so~!(Short but sweet story)

Red Running Shoes
Summary: Every time Jonah has serious problems with his love life, he runs. Will he get to where he needs to go, finally standing his ground? (Very well written, though it takes a while to get into the author’s flow of writing, but once you do you become hooked. I enjoyed it.)

Turbulence
Summary:Fourteen year old Daniel Murrell finds ninth grade at Riverview High School a serious challenge. Beneath the school’s mentorship program is a strong undercurrent of violence and abuse. His year is a rite of passage in which he comes to terms with his bisexuality, forges new friendships and comes to love. (New author/new work YEAH!!!)

Stargazing
Summary:The moon kind of looks like a fingernail tonight. It’s as bright as always but only a crescent shaped spot in the inky darkness. Sometimes I wish I was the moon. Where I could disappear for three days and no one even notices really. The stars miss the moon though. At least, I think they do. Makes me wonder if anyone would truly miss me if I disappeared. Of course, I think my Mom might actually miss me. But there is a disquiet inside me these days. Things spiraled so quickly out of control that I am not even sure how to get it back on an even ground.(I really read a lot of aarinfantasy works along time ago. I just have to find them all. They will be rec’d eventually ^^ This author, just search all of her works. They are brilliant)

I Hate Feather Pillows
Summary:Kian is just a plain Asshole, and there is no other words to really describe him. Why am I the only lucky one that is stuck dealing with him 24 hours a day?

Summary: Caleb is a coward, he knows this. In fact, he’s kind of proud of it. It’s not very helpful, though, when it comes to his love life, or lack thereof.

Bullies can’t even stop him cause he would kick their a**. This is a tale of bullies and pretty boys…turned upside down…..(I only read this story cause I was bored but I am so happy I did. It was really interesting and funny. Man that is why I hate weak or bad summaries. Who knows how many goods stories I’ve past up because of them. Well good thing I didn’t past this one up.)

Summary:Base off the song, “Love for Sale”, Kyle has been selling himself for the past year, but all that he wants to find is someone to love. He then meets a music teacher who takes him in…will he be the one?(Gets a little dramatic but over all a really good read.)

Summary: Brett and Jordan love each other. They are best buds. The problem is that Jordan love the female anatomy and wants to explore it. So the main issue ensues: Brett is gay, and Jordan is in denial. One drunken night leads down a path of enlightenment.( Light fluffy plot. Very smutty. Very very smutty. little to no angst. Very smutty. 18+. Very descriptive. Love it! )

Summary:Jake Taylor has always been gay and he’s always been very careful when it comes to hiding it. Even if it means ignoring that part of himself altogether. It was no big deal…until he met Shane. Friends are lost and gained, world’s are literally turned upside down, and Jake Taylor learns what it means to accept himself. (surprisingly really interesting)

Esperanza
Summary:Tesla is a drifter on post-virus Earth, doing his best to stay alive. When he meets two heathen traders, he follows them in hopes of a better life. He expected many things, but not that they’d make him prisoner for his genes.(this whole story was very fascinating, made me think, made me angry, made me happy. Good read)

Summary:Zak expected to be a great archer and live out his happy little life in his hometown. But on his first hunting expedition, his life is changed when he meets Morgan…(Plot in the beginning then comedy sketches and then more Plot. this is definitely a light and humorous story)

Do Over
Summary: Davey Jones is a man who lived his life fruitlessly. Down on his luck he participates in a mad science experiment that goes wrong. Now he most relive his childhood, but maybe this time he can do it over. (such a mind boggling story. Really invigorating and exhilarating, and smexy all at the same time. Gets a little draggy at the end but I can certainly forgive that slight annoyance due to the overwhelming goodness of this story. Took me forever to read it cause the original summary threw me off and it seem like it wasn’t my type of story. THANK GOD I read it cause I was bored. Definitely another fav)

Ice Cap Series (Yes I coined this name myself so sue me.)
I’ve never been enthrall with some many characters in one story before. Polar Nights, Nothern Nights, etc, etc are a great coffee and cozy read. I absolutely ADORE all of the characters. Kizuna did an excellent job with this series. I am linking to the first story and yes you should read it in order. The rest are all link together at the end of each story. Really enjoyed this one. The summaries are on the first page of each story but after reading the first one I doubt you need a summary for the rest. SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!

I may not have had a talent for sports or conversation, but I was a natural when it came to driving;( I don’t remember my old summary so I just gave hints to what the story is about. Then throw in a …..lycan? (This story reeks cliche, but seriously, there are so many twist and turns that it is anything but cliche..okay maybe a little but I really enjoyed it. The sex infused plotty story is filled with lemon and smex. Of course it is a juicy story and the characters are really lovable. I truly enjoyed this story and would read it again…..and again.)

Exit Strategy

Closed I notice the long, soft lashes that I can feel on my cheek when he snuggles me close.I woke up about half an hour ago and just laid my front to his back. I had a good cry, softly so I wouldn’t wake him up. I’ve never felt so loved, so wanted. I’ve found my soul. So now you know the end of the story. I got out of bed and came to the computer to write about my life to this point. My lover said it would be good for me to write this out. I wish it were longer and expanded, but oh well. Cute story)

I wouldn’t change a single thing about my life and I don’t understand why people can’t just leave that alone, or why my life is apparently sort of falling apart because of it. (one of the best endings I’ve read in a long time. I like this story more than the other story about his brother. I keep re reading the last three chapters. So great. I love it)

Summary:What Preston needed was a Christmas miracle. Was his boss’s offer of a marriage of convenience heaven-sent or was Preston making a deal with the devil?(I am a sucker for these kind of pull at the heartstring type stories. Very cute. albeit short)

Demon of the Heart
Summary:Set in a Prep School, this story revolves around the integration of Demon Students into the Human Student population. This will set off a few problems however considering humans carry what Demons call Scent Triggers.

Cabin Fever
Summary:Shy, sheltered Blaine finally gets a boyfriend but is Troy all he seems or is he someone who is out to turn Blaine into his own personal property to be used and abused as he sees fit? (In all honesty I abhore master/slave fics. Just something about it ticks me off. So as soon as I saw what direction this story was going, sorry guys, I stopped reading it. (really rare for me to even like these types of stories) I am recing this because I like Blaine. He is adorable and I just wanted to snuggle him. The author did a good job with descriptions and characters. I just can’t stomache the rest. So I rec this for master/slave lovers. If you are like me and don’t like these types of stories either then I would skip this. (Sequel. Better than Boot Camp)

Summary: Sid had realized very early on that for better or worse, he would be linked to Alexander Ovechkin for the rest of his life. But he never expected anything like this. (Highly recommend this one. The hot/cold dynamic of these hockey players are comedic and sweet. The ending was awesome, though I wish it had 3 or 4 more paragraphs or pages lol. Love it)

Even in a loving environment things aren’t always easy. This is a story about making friends, losing them, learning to trust again and dealing with everything in between. (One of the very first M/M fictions I’ve every read. Not my favorite but it is good as well. But just for being one of my starter stories I rec it)

Anything has to be better than this hell, right? …or maybe not…( I thought hard about recing this story for a while. I don’t like recommending incomplete story but this story is still amazing. So much psychological strain and desires(or lack their of) Really an emotional ride. This story is worthy of my 200th rec. Even being incompleted. So read at your own risk. Suffer the wait with me lol. But it’s at a good spot. Be prepared to be angry, sad(in tears really), happy, anguished, worried, and pissed. )

During the second half I didn’t really like were the story was heading. But it’s a personal preference so I ended up skimming through the rest and it ended up being the way I thought it would be, and it just wasn’t my cup of tea. You how it is when you idolize someone and then you meet them only to be disappointed. The first half is me idolizing the second half is me meeting them. Don’t let this deter you from reading this however. There is nothing wrong with the story but it just turned into a story plot that I don’t particularly care for. The charaters are well written, and even though the story didn’t go the way I wanted them to, they will always have a place in my heart. Do give this story a try. You might like it.)

It’s a pet peeve, I rather read a bdsm master/slave stories and you guys know how i don’t care for those much either except on some well written occasions. I read this one because I was pretty sure it was a spin-off of In Theory and I wasn’t ready to let Jamie and Alex go yet. N E Way, I read it, love it. so there you go ^_^)

Hero’s Torch (Warning: This story is ABSOLUTELY NOT for the light heart. If you are squeamish about archangelsofpain’s stories, that was fluff compared to this story. The warnings are on the first page, and there is murder and death in detail. I usually don’t like master/slave stuff you all know, but this story was so well written and is all about the voice of the evil man. If you don’t want to fall down the the debauch hole I suggest you move along, but if you can separate fiction from reality and have an open mind you probably will really enjoy this twisted novella. Even the parts I initially skimmed over I went back and read. It’s a good story if you can let go of your morals a little and look at it from the main characters point of view.)

Summary:It isn’t every day that someone gets to wake up and realize that they’re a dragon, and James knows this when he learned of his lineage. However what should have been a momentously incredible discovery is quickly soured when he realizes that his dragon form is a female! What’s worse is when he finds out that he is among the very last of the female dragons left in the world. He has to fight off hoards of suitors, one of the most persistent of which being the fearsome Obane, leader of the black dragons, in order to maintain his integrity and his virginity! Hilarity and action ensue as hormones and emotions fly in this oddest of odd story.(This whole story was pretty good except the ending. The ending almost ruined it for me. It just was so unnecessary and the story had some many other devices that could have finished the story better. But over all I still recommend this for Bane and James. Due heed the warnings. they are there for a reason.)

Blood Red

When the new gladiator brought to the arena proves to be a beastman captive with magic of his own, Aedan’s secret is put in jeopardy – as is his life. (I like this one)

Summary:Joseph Archer never thought much of the Tsatrya race, only acknowledging they were superior to mankind in strength, speed and that they were blessed with extreme good looks. This all changed when he met Mykael of Lithonur. Not only was Mykael challenging what Joseph used to believe about his sexuality, he was also desiring a Tsatrya who ruled one of the continents of the New World.
